Bars
Having a drink in Florence can be a wonderfully memorable experience. Grab a seat at a little table in a cobblestoned square, looking out at the stunning architecture while being served a refreshing Aperol Spritz or a smooth Chianti – what could be better?! From luxurious rooftop bars with spectacular views, to tiny wine bars in ancient cellars, the bar scene in Florence has something for everyone.
When you’re in Florence, don’t miss aperitivo. Aperitivo is the tradition of having a pre-dinner drink, often a spritz, and light snack before settling in for a proper meal. A popular social activity, aperitivo is a lovely part of Italian culture. Included in the price of a drink you will either receive a plate of nibbles or there might be a small buffet selection to choose from.
